"Reflecting back on blowing my XFA today. Starting trading futures back in April. It was volatile but June July August September were not. Didnt trade the headline market we got in the spring"

"Your stops cost a lot more whenever one candle is trading 10-15 points. Seeing my 1k balance disappear in X trades put that pit in my stomach. Where of course I went on tilt and went into no mans land"

"Been here since the beginning. Its the life of a trader brotha. These markets are completely different than the ones you were absolutely killing during the summer. Way more volatile unpredictable etc. If you havent already give $ES a try. Ive studied your stats whenever youve posted them. I think in this market with this volatility and the size you use $ES would work better since its a lot cleaner price action. Respects key levels a lot more and is way more forgiving for a sit it and forget it type trader. As far as mindset take a break. I mean a serious dont even look or think about a chart"
