"Depends how we see it the rise in total S&P market cap during dot com was around 12-13 trillion $ while the margin loans were near XXX billion $ and S&P peaked around 1576ish. Today total market cap for S&P is 56-58 Trillion $ 5x since then and average S&P earnings are 40-60% better than Dot Com Era also the pace of earnings rise has risen recently post Covid and with rate cuts on horizon while this figure looks high relative to past after putting in context suggest we have 30-40% upside hypothetically to put it at same earnings and market cap adjusted from here.
