I remember occasional coaching along the lines of establish the physicality from the first snap; they cant call holding on every play I kinda suspect this strategy is endorsed by Utahs coaching. Nothing inherently wrong with it and to be fair it usually bears true But if you happen to land an officiating crew thats ultra headstrong and hyper-attentive that philosophy can easily backfire.
