"This is my secret anytime I want my kids to stop craving something. Urenna especially loves ose oji thats peanut butter the one we eat with garden egg. Anytime Urenna sees ose oji her body will start shaking. My father taught me this trick. "My first daughters name is Olaedo Onovo my second daughter is Urenna Onovo and my sons name is Yagazie Onovo. They actually have English names but we hardly use them. Youll rarely even hear me call them that. When I was naming my kids some of my fellow Igbo brothers asked me why I was giving them these kinds of names. One thing I really admire about the Yoruba is their naming culture. Hardly will you see a Yoruba person with an English name its usually strong native Yoruba names. Some of us Igbos need to start naming our kids proper Igbo names too so these beautiful names dont go extinct"
