"If $RICK actually got a real CEO & CFO who could instil some legit IR & internal controls 401ks for dancers etc the core strip club business is not a bad one (not a great one either but not bad). Company generates decent FCF can just buy back stock & do the odd m&a and it probably works out okay . The issue is (again aside from the fraud) they had a clown become a large shareholder and get the clowns already working there thinking they werent unserious clowns.
