"This is July 2025YTD Put in Place Construction by cateogry. $PWR $STRL $CAT should be ok. This is a big civil project construction market-data centers airports power plants a few manufacturing projects. Power flat and manufacturing -3%. Also notice commercial -11%--that is weakness in retail restaurants etc because of weak housing and tariffs. Side note: used construction equipment prices are -XX% not a good sign"

"Housing: $DHI $TOL $BLDR etc--single family permits took a big hit in August. Florida and Texas will be negative this year. XX year Treasury 4+. I have single family permits -X% in 2025 and -X% in 2026. Not terrible just not good"
