I have now been on the phone w your atrocious customer service who cant find the account. Yet last week you charged me for it. Oh yeah. when my credit card expired you called the credit card company to charge my newly issued card. Hey @SenWarren I am a constituent of yours. How much you think big tech steals from the American people using these types of scams. Oh. I am now on hold for the third time. We are now clocking in at X hour 23"

"Ahh. here's the issue with that one. My credit card had actually expired over a year ago. @Intuit notified my CC provider that they had an active subscription with me. which they did not. But THAT allows the CC company to give them the new CC number. which Intuit then charges for a subsciption that had been cancelled That should not be allowed. That should be the subscribers decision not Intuit"
