It could be in the parents' voice or the toy's voice. It could even be text (from the parent) to speech using @elevenlabsio Personalization wins. Don't make boring toys that sing the same songs or tell the same stories"

Short outages do not automatically breach the SLA. There's a "guaranteed uptime" as part of the SLA and if it is not met Amazon will issue credits. So worst case for Amazon: Offer partial credits to affected customers. No finesnor compensation for business losses"
