"If you have a dollar help this man out. Sell $X of your gains today and put it towards someone whos suffering. I used to work in an eye clinic and knew a man whose corneal transplant went sour and inflamed and he would come time and time again. I would see him in person and Id let him rant about his suffering and about how theres no god and how all he wanted to do was work. When I first met him I thought he was smiling because he was squinting from so much pain. He was constantly applying eye drops. I was young XX and if I knew what was coming I wouldve done something. Probably after X months"
