"@financial_shaw Rightmove isn't always bang on but it's not terribly wrong as a leading indicator for HPI growth either to be fair. I'm not anticipating a negative Y/Y HPI print (bar a horrid Budget spiking yields) but I think we're down to low-to-mid-single digits going into 2026"
