You'd need to adjust for more variables e.g. homes meat hard liquor etc cost then in dollars & gold. I bet it's $200k / yr"

Every dealer now adds at least $2k in fees on top of the $2k in taxes finance charges etc. So you're looking at $30k at X% (if your credit is perfect - if not 15%). Maybe a tiny Hyundai / Kia would cost $25k"

Most desktop Linux distros don't actually work well out of the box on any hypervisors which is why VMWare Workstation was so nice as it ensured many popular distros did work"

The only niche where C# / .Net excels is Desktop GUI apps for Windows. But Electron Mobile apps make that less important"

"@WomanDefiner It's not even a sign of irresponsibility today. Things are just too expensive. You can have a $1k / month car payment for a Toyota Camry these days - not just for Mercedes SUVs. Rent is $2800 / month for a 2BR sh*tbox not just Mcmansions or "luxury" apartments"
