"30m 1H 2H MORs print and give you fib extensions to anticipate price to trade to. Common zones I watch are the +/-0.5-1 and the +/-3-3.5. There are a few intricacies to how I utilize it fully but thats the basic understanding of it. The settings I use give you the daily range cap visual stops and where liquidity pools may rest. Coincidentally enough many days the levels given once the ranges print will overlap with HTF PD arrays and you can infer that if youre on the right side of the market theyll act as strong DOLs.
