Inherently thats not a competitive market at the onset. Devaluing the dollar is a way to compete and weve tried to do that with QE(quantitative easing) and more but the dollar historically has been so strong that it has been difficult. Before the Euro it was almost impossible to compete globally because every country would devalue their currency so much. Now with the Euro countries can no longer do that and"
