"I can buy your claim of UK and China cooperating but I don't think scrapping Mauritius' claim is a smart idea at all. If the US loses Diego Garcia there is NO BASE in the Indian ocean and I don't see how that is strategic is any way. The nuclear stack I see almost akin to the the new pterodollar stack and I will be sharing more later this week. But you have to know that there are competing models for it not just the US.
