"Can't lie Monad marketing is genius. They understand how to make hype as they are now rewarding random wallets that never interact with the chain at all. This includes NFT collections etc. They even reward @megaeth_labs Official NFT Fluffle for some reason at the tier of "Top 99%" which is probably worth peanuts.
