"Yes Im aware. The warrants around 100m approximately and a lot of that is the last round in June with insider purchases. The total shares is 150m after fully exercised. They had to raise money now have a clear $35m committed if warrants exercised more than enough to finish to 2027. A $2b buyout which is low buyout with all exercised is still $XX a share. Its probably more like $4b-$12b buyout or $26-$136 a share buyout. The last inside buys was their first real 100k plus buys. Could be one more raise but I doubt it . NFA"
