"@mulagostarr A good read this early morning in South Africa. I get Kevin for us working in rural communities the result of impaxt investing is glaringly obvious money comes in makes a difference for a month and its gone. With philantrophical investments at least you expect no "real return" and commercial investment there should be a return. Where I differ from Kevin is that you can make a commercial impact investment we are building that model. Leasing land from the community we develop luxury glamping resorts create full time employment in the community start at least X micro enterprises"
