"For 27" apart from apple there is the Kuycon G27P Acer PE270XT & Philips 27E3U7903 Nobody is making OLED monitors at that high of a pixel density as it stands will be IPS. XDR is the only one w/ local dimming I believe but the blacks on these are good enough Nothing available because practically nothing outside of apple's ecosystem needs it both linux & windows support fractional scaling etc. & Microsoft has spent millions upon millions of $ between hundreds of patents making fonts & rendering look crisp on lower resolution displays"
