"I super super love Jupiters unique organic score as a complement to traditional metrics like volume liquidity etc. This metric was born out of a ton of ecosystem feedback and experiments in our quest for a metric that was much harder to game. Took us a long time to invent and cook and improve but its becoming really good. Internally we use it for a number of things as well. Nothing is foolproof of course and sometimes its misleading but the vast majority of the case its an accurate representation of real trading interest. "This is an incredibly cynical yet very common view of team creators and devs and results in even well meaning devs choosing to bundle supply opaquely instead of being upfront about their allocations. While the current meta is indeed dominated by industrial style creation of tons of coins where creators dgaf (and we will need much better tools for CTOs etc) I dont think this is true for all projects There is also a large universe of projects where it makes a lot of sense for the creators to have allocations and fees transparently to leverage for future growth contributions and alignment etc."
