"MONEY OUT MIGRANTS IN EU proposes Erasmus for Africa and more EU-MENA integration. @vonderleyen last week proposed a connected Common Mediterranean Space as part of a Pact for the Mediterranean. The initiative builds on the Barcelona Process launched in the 90s and proposes that all European taxpayers fund projects benefitting the region while migrants from Morocco Egypt and Tunisia will be welcomed to Europe under the guise of student exchanges. Legal pathways for labour migration from Africa and the Middle East will increase and so called talent partnerships will be scaled up. The pact"
