"I keep seeing alot of FUD around utility tokens in games and I feel like people are missing the point. Utility tokens in games are meant to be utility for those gamers. They're not supposed to be a speculative asset class for people taking a break from trading in the markets. The measure of success of the token is it's long term utility - it's ability to strengthen engagement retention and even help grow the user base. "Yes and no. Definitely the OG collections who have long term holders will continue to accrue value. That said I think newer collections that have found core fan bases like the @Lamborghini collection will also benefit because this is about culture and although their NFTs are newer the cultural contribution is not"
