"How to lose with Teleperformance Id say for a business model with this much disruption risk and leverage the return should be at least 10-15% over a multi year horizon. You say they could pay FCF as a dividend and that would probably be the best move but in France dividends are taxed at 30% so management goes for buybacks (a potential mistake). You say they could pay down the debt in 4-5ys but then there wouldnt be a dividend or buybacks and god knows what is the terminal value in 5ys revenue could be falling strongly by then.
