"Absolutely true Real estate agents add very little value outside of tours and paperwork. A simple buyer-seller direct chat combined with instant paperwork signing using a simple Docusign API will do it. Calendar integration will do it for home tours. Time for real estate disruption is coming soon. RE agents wont like it and RE companies will lobby heavily against it but once buyers and sellers see money in their pocket either agents and their firms will undercut themselves automatically and disappear themselves (like brick and mortar companies after Amazon) or they will stop getting business"
