"I recall reading a study on what defined the locker rooms of the most successful Premier League and Champions League teams. The one clear commonality among the winners: they constantly made fun of each other. Banter kept egos level prevented anyone from rising too far above the rest and built the equality and camaraderie needed to actually win. HUGE built a genuinely wild hybrid GenAI + traditional VFX workflow to make the universe feel cohesive cinematic and intentional. More on that process soon -- its a story in itself.
