"So you basically need to perform very well at the character you choose but playing duelist gives you a more balanced matchmaking because more people play duelist so it has a wider statistic of how it gathers the average performance on duelist characters. Bigger fireteams without excellent communication and teamwork will result in loss trends which make sense. You essentially want to solo queue on a duelist at peak hours and lock the same character over and over ok. They should fix this"
