You can put on [--] pounds of lean mass which includes water weight but not muscle And youre definitely not putting on that weight without a structured regimen. Like I said you need to be religiously following your macros weight sessions and progressively overloading in a reasonable surplus to hit these numbers. Its also almost impossible thermodynamically to put on any significant amount of lean muscle during the season"
