"Booked a flight on $LUV last night - not because I wanted to but it was the best nonstop. a few thoughts The airline pricing is amongst the highest of all carriers. They are at times 25-50=% higher than $DAL $UAL $AAL next year pricing for a seat is XXX each way in the front. On one hand they will earn considerably more dollars IF passengers choose the routes. On the other they aren't a member of Star Alliance Oneworld or SkyTeam. Those who want perks - upgrades etc. could choose longer routes at lower pricing as an offset. Will be interesting. To me seems like a glorified Frontier or Spirit"
