"Earlier this year $BN contributed $3.5b of $BAM shares to $BNT in exchange for 42m shares and a $1.8b promissory note. I thought this was interesting. is this kind of intercompany loan standard practice with $BN Not sure how to think about. In 2024 they also moved $1b $BAM shares to help fund the AEL acquisition. Doesn't appear this 2025 one was for anything specific just capital growth as Flatt looks to reinvest there"
