"Portal just made a huge announcement regarding a new test model Here's a TLDR that even a XX year old will understand; - @PortaltoBitcoin tried to build a big Testnet (v2) to test their Bitcoin + multi-chain DEX. Too many people joined and bots abused the system. Their servers got overloaded and funds were hard to give out fairly. What did this cause Supporting this huge testnet took too much time away from Mainnet which is the real goal. So now: - Theyre stopping the old public testnet - Moving to a private invite-only testnet for serious testers - Focusing all energy on Mainnet launch(soon)"
