"There is no lockup expiry occuring on January 26th or 27th for $FIG. This is a complete misunderstanding. No such lockup expiry is occuring. No shares will be unlocking in January. I've seen dozens of posts discussing this however the filings are clear. Shares will unlock on whichever event comes earlier: 1) The commencement of trading on the second trading day after the date that the Company announces earnings for the quarter ended September [--] [----]. 2) [---] days after July [--] [----] (January [--] 2026) subject to certain exceptions. The first condition has already been met on November 5th 2025."

"I agree with everything you're saying here but it boils down to this: Is it too early Figma is a great product with a strong moat and incredible positioning but it's clear the market is still wary at these prices. While $FIG is growing rapidly it seems like it will still take some time for P/S and P/E to reach levels where investors feel comfortable. This is only worsened by misleading comparisons to firms like $ADBE which as you've identified aren't really comps at all. Do you think you're moving early on this or believe even at these prices it can turn around"
