They are at a very low utilisation - yes. That is a good thing (for us). It means they: a) won't have to spend much capex for a long time and b) will have excellent operating leverage as they scale. "I have been happily buying more $HTCR this morning. Unbelievable that I get to buy more when we now essentially know (95%+ certainty): HeartCore Japan sale has gone through. Likely to now have an additional 12m or so cash on the balance sheet. There is no other plausible explanation here. And the company is showing it a) does not need the cash and b) is willing to return it to shareholders. This reduces a common risk I hear of the CEO making a big and bad acquisition and wasting the money. "Last week I made Intermap Technologies $ITMSF $IMP.TO a 10% position in my portfolio. It's nice to see it 17% up already but it has a long way to go. The short story is that @FBuschek (fellow @BreakoutInvestr) dug deep and found proof of a contract that other investors don't seem to believe is real given the current share prices. The stock spiked for no apparent reason a few weeks ago and refuses to come back down to the old levels (much to my disappointment).
