"Some stories stick with you because of how unjust the situation is the compounded suffering. The Al-Masry family is one. This family now has six children ranging in ages from XXX years to X years old. They had quadruplets4 babies at the same time in addition to their X other children But we said they now have only 6one of the baby quadruplets died last year during an airstrike now only triplets remain. "The Refaat Alareer camp has XX families with one or more patients each who need consistent medical care. Hospitals are overcrowded and dont have capacity for aftercare. Support camp: With the famine on the rise we ensured that the families in the camp have one meal a day. The meals are either pots of lentils or rice or whatever is available at the time. We are not able to provide cash at all due to the insanely high commissions. Unfortunately these meals dont provide the patients and their families with sufficient nutrients. We just spoke to the wife of a man who XX days ago went to Beit Hanoun to get a bag of flour and got run over multiple times by a jeep from the military occupation. "Listening to the youth of the Refaat Alareer camp and their aspirations. Their dreams are so simple to study to work and for the oppression to stop. Support the camp here: The teenagers in the camp want to work with our South coordinators Abu Khalil and Omair which brought a smile to our faces. When doing distributions in the camp we get the teenagers to do them but not outside of the camp for safety reasons. Of course the X year old is extremely malnourished as you can see but she also has Celiac disease making most food that is available to her intolerable and gives her gastrointestinal problems and causes further weight loss. "After Mosab was killed and the camp got attacked the Refaat Alareer camp was full of sorrow. Last month was so difficult on the whole Sameer team and our camp. So the team suggested getting an ice cream truck and entertainment for the children donate here: The Sameer Project team rented the ice cream truck with 1000 pieces of ice cream and the trucks entertainment team. We started in the Refaat Alareer camp in Zawayde and then went to other camps in central Gaza.
