"Howmet Aerospace $HWM Selling off after announcing a beat and raise quarter. What really interests me (and seems to be flying under the radar) is that they're the primary provider of turbine blades for $GEV Siemens and others. This stock obeys the MAs and has now come back down to them after a trip to the 200MA in April a solid shakeout. Initial position here stop a few % below today's low. It will probably rattle around here as the market chops for the rest of the summer but I've been stalking this one since last August so I want to get an initial position established"

"That was quite a rip for Gold $GLD +23% in XX sessions I wouldn't be surprised to see it form a new base here by going sideways for a while. The meat of the move is likely over (for now). Trimmed my Gold/Silver miners holdings in the longterm miner account on Friday but still own: $AEM $IAG $KGC $LGDTF $GFI $AAGFF $WPM $HMY $PAAS $PPLT"
