Even when I was against it I mentioned how an extension should have been the first step after the trade. His price has gone up. It will only go up in all likelihood. The Cowboys shouldn't trade him now but they should absolutely make a decision: Extend him trade him do something. The worst possible result here would be the team treading water doing nothing with George tagging him in the offseason and letting this drag out like all other major deals into next summer."
