Pretty much every group's material interests are hurt by LeLi ideology in the long run: even the client groups because (1) LeLis fundamentally prioritize *proof of devotion* to those client groups i.e. creating as much deadweight loss as possible in service of those groups rather than actually solving the latter's problems. Many Coasean bargains could be struck with those groups which would be better for both (both Modi's DBT reform and YIMBY-neolibs coming up with clever ideas are examples of these) but those are not"
