They probably just check what trended a few months or years ago and just repost it with some additional efforts like botting to trick the algorithm. It shouldn't be too hard to find if something has already been posted and to determine how unique a post is. They also have an incentive to do it because in that way they get more quality data for their xAI models. More signal less noise if you push unique content instead of recycled one"
