For buying something they think only of their needs for price location and time. They dont understand why they cant have access to something that someone else has because their world view simply doesnt view other people as people. That apartment costs $1700 in this neighborhood. They view this as a systemic failure because they cant pay it. It gets rented to someone else but this doesnt count to them as a market success because"
