"Portage IN - 10/14: Borko Stankovic (41) non-CDL (*) truck driver crossed into oncoming traffic killing a man instantly. *Weird case pls read all of this.* According to the affidavit surveillance footage from a nearby business shows the eastbound Ram Sprinter van slowing to a stop in traffic.
