"Good question. The $3B of non-BTC assets is mostly rigs data-center equipment cash and deposits on future sites. In theory those should earn a return.but so far they havent: Through 9M25 MARA ran $578M operating cash flow and $623M investing cash flow funded by $1.6B of new converts/ATMs/LOC. "Earnings" are still dominated by BTC mark-to-market not high-ROIC infrastructure. So yes I net the $3.3B converts against the BTC first. The rest is a capital-intensive mining business that hasnt proven it earns close to its cost of capital"
