"The Israeli military will conduct a "local tactical pause of military activity" in densely populated areas of the Gaza Strip starting from XX a.m. till X p.m. the IDF announces. The military says the "pause" will take place in areas where the IDF is currently not operating with ground troops including al-Mawasi Deir al-Balah and Gaza City "every day until further notice." The move is being carried out "in accordance with directives from the political echelon and as part of the IDFs ongoing effort led by COGAT to increase the scope of humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip" the military"

"A Hezbollah commander was killed in an Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon's Bint Jbeil earlier today the military says. According to the IDF the commander Ali Abed al-Qader Ismail was involved in efforts to restore Hezbollah capabilities in the Bint Jbeil area adding that his actions "constituted a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.""

"The IDF releases footage showing airstrikes on a cell of terror operatives that detonated a bomb against troops operating in southern Gaza's Khan Younis. According to the IDF no soldiers were wounded in the attack. Troops of the 188th Armored Brigade spotted the operatives and directed drone strikes that killed them. Meanwhile in Gaza City the military says troops of the 7th Armored Brigade directed airstrikes on launchers used to fire anti-tank missiles at the forces. In the past day the IDF says the Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on over XXX terror targets across Gaza including cells"

"The Defense Ministry announces that it has signed a half-billion shekel ($150 million) deal to procure hundreds of light mobility vehicles for the IDF Ground Forces. The deal with the American manufacturer AM General included hundreds of Humvees along with support and maintenance the ministry says. The first dozen Humvees are expected to arrive in Israel this year it says. The IDF uses Humvees for transporting troops evacuating wounded logistics supply communications and other purposes amid the war"

"Hamas launched a rocket at one of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation aid distribution sites in the southern Gaza Strip last night the military says. According to the IDF the rocket was launched from Khan Younis toward the area of the GHF sites in Rafah. The projectile impacted some XXX meters from one of the aid sites close to the army's Morag Corridor it says. The aid site opened for Palestinians to collect food packages today despite the attack. The IDF says the rocket attack "adds to the attempts by the terror organizations who operate cruelly and systematically to sabotage the aid"

"Dozens of terror targets were struck by the Israeli Air Force in the Gaza Strip over the past day the military says. According to the IDF the targets included operatives buildings used by terror groups tunnels and caches of weapons. The military releases footage showing a strike on a Hamas weapons depot in the Khan Younis area. The strike was directed by troops of the 36th Division during operations in the area. In Gaza City the IDF says the 98th Division is expanding its operations in the Shejaiya and Zeitoun neighborhoods in an effort to destroy Hamas infrastructure and prevent rocket fire"

"Israeli troops have begun ground operations in the Deir al-Balah area of central Gaza for the first time since the beginning of the war. Earlier it was reported in Gaza that IDF tanks advanced into southern and eastern areas of Deir al-Balah. Several people were reportedly killed by tank shelling there. The IDF yesterday issued an evacuation warning for several zones in the southwest of Deir al-Balah. The ground operations come after reports of artillery shelling and airstrikes overnight and this morning in the area. The IDF has not yet officially commented"
