"My biggest issue with $TZOO is corporate governance related to a shady deal (maybe 2023/24) where the Co. bought the CEOs losing pet metaverse pet project to basically cash out. If I recall the biz was not really even metaverse. Seemed to have been some failed on-line shopping site. The CEO was paid in $TZOO shares which he quickly dumped. The Co. justified the transaction by saying it could utilize pet project NOLs. But it looks like auditors may have advised Co. to issue an amended 8k to soften the language about the ability to use the NOLs. So I guess that could impact valuation if theyre"
