"Imagine @dYdX is like a classroom where students take turns passing out snacks. Right now everyone gets a turn but sometimes a student is sick or slow so snack time gets delayed. To fix this the teacher picks a small group of very fast and reliable students to always pass out snacks. These helpers still follow the rules but they do it quicker and better.
