"I just think $BULL have a lot of work to do for it's valuation and there are a lot of expenses along the side expanding and a lot of things can go wrong. Usually also new brokers don't have so much trust and mostly attracts retail investors. $TIGR is expanding to other countries but they're doing it slow because they focus mainly on wealthier investors. For me tigr is truly undervalued with real growth of institutional investors. I have some past threads about it's over 4x over last year.
