My understanding of RWA tokens is it's a kind of 'title' or 'deed'. Sometimes leverage like a cash advance on an auto title can be issued. In DeFi systems blockchain assets can be tied up in smart contracts. Digital collateral can be posted for margin loans. "The government has overdue bills. When the shutdown ends flows will be insane. Look at the last shutdown period. Was when TGA was low. Makes sense cause we needed to issue more debt and raise debt ceiling. This time we have plenty of cash. Its going to be a mass spending event. Bank accounts will be flooded overnight as paychecks land. Passive investment will absorb an incredible payload. But it will be an impulse. Not sustainable"
