"Normal people dont know what Cosmos is nor IBC EVM SDKs bridging; Tendermint or the like. What they do know is: - apps - brand - usability - incentives - cost etc. Users shouldnt need to know the specific elements of a particular stack in order to understand how to use an app and why its useful / beneficial. They should use certain chains because they work and solve a particular need. Noble has long missed a programmability layer due to lack of confidence in the maintain ability of a Cosmos EVM. This changes with the launch of the Noble AppLayer which will bring smart contracts and thousands"
