Heres what likely happened 👇 X On Oct XX $58M of Reserve Funds seem to be used during extreme market turmoil - the biggest stress test for Ethenas delta-neutral system so far. X Historically @ethena_labs reserves only grew. This was the first month where reserves declined - roughly XX% down from September. X Why ADLs (Auto Deleveraging) were triggered on several exchanges. That likely left Ethenas spot positions exposed (as their hedge shorts could have been closed). Once delta-neutral cover lifted"

"They are currently over-collateralized but the reported Reserve Funds were $124M in Sep while after Oct 11- it was reported as $61M. So seemingly the funds might have been used for the management of USDe peg in secondary markets.
