The spike in Short-Term Holder Supply in Loss suggests weak hands are being forced out not smart money distributing at a peak. "When open interest gets completely wiped it means the market has flushed out excess speculation. No leverage = no liquidation cascade risk. That removes downside fuel even if price feels heavy in the short term. Year-end fund rebalancing can keep pressure uneven but structurally this is cleaner healthier price action.
