"Its not a chain per se. CCIP is like a bridge with advanced features like swaps and smart contracts executions. I think of it as a "meta-layer" that links all blockchains and the liquidity of each. All fees to use the CCIP are swapped to $LINK driving buy pressure I just own $LINK token since I think Chainlink CCIP (and oracles) will be beneficiaries of Real World Assets getting tokenized.
