"Good morning Saturday 🌄 ☀ Trading for November has finished I can't believe we are at the start of December already on Monday yesterday was half day in the US markets I finished green and slowly getting back to all time high the highlight stocks were $META $AMZN $JPM I closed another paper options trade on $WMT for profit I've made nearly X% on the demo account a lot still to learn. Personally I managed 20k steps this morning is a walk to the gym and back complete an upper body workout and enjoy a sauna session. Then back home for family time and a meal out later. "Since interest rates have been dropping Ive stopped overpaying the mortgage and started putting the spare cash into a little S&P XXX and Nasdaq XXX pie on T212 instead. I began in February just a small side project and its now at XXX with a 20%+ rate of return so far. Every month I add the difference straight into the pie I up the difference each time the interest rate drops too. Feels like a better use of the spare cash than shaving a tiny bit of interest off the mortgage this way Im getting real growth over time. Its been a nice reminder that small consistent contributions can add up"

"I've always stuck to mega cap stocks and the companies at the top are true global players it's different now and not like it used to be the top XX of S&P XXX all have a global footprint so not true US companies I also believe more stocks will leave London Stock exchange now UK is out of EU AstraZeneca where looking to leave I read. There are some great businesses though in the UK I just don't think they'll grow at the rate of others long term. Do you invest in the UK for the average higher dividend yield"

"Thanks Andy it's appreciated I have thought about it lot's as my mortgage rate is dropping with lowering interest rates I'm investing the difference in Nasdaq XXX & S&P XXX as a little side project rather than overpay.
