I want to congratulate this outstanding woman who continues to blaze a trail and establish new frontiers for persons with disabilities. This is another bold move by Prime Minister Mia Mottley to recognize and empower persons with disabilities. It is a testimony that when you are qualified as a person with disability you can achieve anything that you want to.
